| The Equipment module stores all the information about each of your Trucks and Trailers - year, make, model, date purchased, license number, current value, etc. Any repairs and preventative maintenance services that have been done to any piece of equipment can be recorded in the Enter Repairs/PM's screen. You can also set the system to remind you when repetitive services such as oil changes or annual inspections are due. Use the Print Repair Order screen for a copy of an individual repair entry. The Service Required Report will print a list of upcoming services that need to be scheduled. |
