Operations Manager II: Equipment Module

The Equipment module stores all the information about each of your Trucks and Trailers - year, make, model, date purchased, license number, current value, etc. Trailers can also be flagged as reefer units and details of the loads and trips on which they were used is displayed in the bottom section of the screen.

Any repairs and preventative maintenance services that have been done to any piece of equipment can be recorded in the Enter Repairs/PM's screen. You can also set the system to remind you when repetitive services such as oil changes or annual inspections are due. Use the Print Repair Order screen for a copy of an individual repair entry. The Service Required Report will print a list of upcoming services that need to be scheduled.

The Equipment Menu is where you go to enter Trucks, Trailers, and Owner (Carrier) records.
