All of your financial information is stored in the General Ledger menu. The majority of the entries to the G/L come from posting programs on the other modules. But, you can also use the Enter Manual Journal Entry screen to input account information. Expenses can be allocated across multiple divisions. Items can be posted to individual subsidiary ledgers as well. The Recurring Journal Entries screen is used to post entries that happen on a regular basis while only requiring you to enter the information into the system once. |
| Use the Print Account Summary Report and Print Detail Journal Entry screens to view the activity in accounts. The Account Summary Inquiry screen can be used to drill-down to all the details of a journal entry, as can the Ledger Detail Lookup screen. The Income Statement and Balance Sheet pull their information from these same files, which are updated from posting programs on the entire system. |  |

You can balance your bank statement with the screens on the Bank Reconciliation Menu. These keep track of entries that affected your cash account - checks that were written, deposits from Cash Receipts, etc. The subsidiary ledger screens are also accessed from here. |
