System Requirements
| Operations Manager can be installed and used as a stand–alone program on an individual PC. For more than one person to use the program, their computers must be connected through a network or enabled for users to connect from remote locations. |
Regardless of the size of your network, we recommend implementing a backup system that will run automatically each night. This safeguards your data and allows you to restore lost files should your server crash. |
| Our customer support staff may be able to answer basic network questions, but setting up and maintaining your network is not within the scope of our support. We strongly recommend that you use a local computer company for all of your hardware and networking needs if you do not have someone in-house. |
In order to assist you in setting up Operations Manager and allow us to trouble–shoot questions, you must provide some method for us to connect to your computer system. Some options include Remote Desktop Connections, LogMeIn.com, or even programs such as PC Anywhere. |
